Installation Terms & Conditions

The installation is guaranteed for two years from the date of completion.

The guarantee only covers normal use and wear and is not the product guarantee.

The guarantee covers the base preparation and materials used.

All claims must be logged with head office before the end of the two year guarantee period.

Claims will be dealt with by a site visit to determine if the claim is valid and falls within the normal wear parameters.

Excessive use by pets using the area for toilet purposes and resulting in issues with unpleasant smells does not fall within the parameters of normal wear & tear.

Perfect green grass cannot be held accountable for any loss or damage which may be suffered by the customer due to changes in installation dates or times.

Perfect green grass are not liable to the customer for any loss or damage which may be suffered by the customer as a direct or indirect result of the supply of goods & services by Perfect green grass being prevented, hindered, delayed, cancelled or rendered uneconomic by reason of circumstances or events beyond the Perfect green grass reasonable control (“force majeure circumstances”) including but not limited to Act of God, war, riot, strike, lock out, trade dispute or labour disturbance, accident, break-down of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm, difficulty or increased expense in obtaining workmen, materials or transport, or other circumstances affecting the supply of the goods or of raw materials by the Seller’s normal source of supply or manufacture or the goods by the Seller’s normal means of delivery of the goods by the Seller’s normal route or means of delivery.

In force majeure circumstances the Seller may in its sole discretion terminate any contract for the supply of goods or services pursuant to these conditions or cancel delivery of goods to the Buyer or may, with the agreement of the Buyer, deliver the goods at an agreed rate of delivery commencing after any suspension of deliveries.

The services provided relate to what is in writing in the quotation. Extra services in addition to the standard installation procedure must be agreed in writing prior to the start date of the installation. Extra costs will be incurred by the customer.

If the condition of the garden is different between the time of quotation and arrival of the installation team and not discussed & agreed prior to the installation, any extra costs incurred will be charged to the customer.

Skip hire is through a secondary contractor and as such Perfect green grass cannot be held responsible for late collection.

Maintenance Terms & Conditions

The Perfect green grass maintenance service consists of removing debris, toping up the sand infill, brushing the surface with a power brush, treating the surface with an anti-moss & algae solution. Treating the surface with a pet deodoriser/anti-bacterial solution is an optional extra.

Prices are charged depending on the square metre area of the lawn

We reserve the right to change our costs at any time and to adjust our costs according to how we see fit. We will price the job and agree the price with the customer before carrying out the work.

We will carry out maintenance services on products we do not supply or ones we have not fitted but this will be priced on application.

The maintenance service does not promise to rejuvenate a product that has undergone flattening and does not include any repair work on damaged grass.

The maintenance service is designed to comply with TigerTurf Landscape maintenance procedure when carried out annually.

The maintenance service alone will not prevent pile flattening. Regular ongoing maintenance in accordance with the Perfect green grass & TigerTurf maintenance instructions is required to uphold the TigerTurf Landscape guarantee.

The use of water based weed killer over the surface of the lawn may result in harmful chemicals remaining on the surface of the grass until it is absorbed by plant life or washed through by rain.

The maintenance service cannot be carried out in wet or damp conditions. If a scheduled maintenance service is cancelled due to poor weather it will be re-arranged at a time to suit both parties.

If it rains within 4 hours of completion of the maintenance service we cannot be held responsible for the success of the anti-moss, algae & weed killer or the pet deodoriser/antibacterial treatment.

The pet deodoriser/antibacterial treatment is not intended to cure the problem of smell past the point of treatment. Regular ongoing treatment is required after each use of the grass by pets for toilet purposes. This treatment cannot cure smell problems caused by a weed membrane that has absorbed smells.

Weeds will not be removed from the surface of the grass. The will be treated with weed killer and left to perish.
